Your information, clearly explained.

1. Who we are

PAYD Watch, LLC (“PAYD Watch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates payd.watch and the related video, creator, advertising, family, safety, and Wallet services described in this policy (the “Service”). Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@payd.watch.

2. Information you provide

We collect information you choose to provide, including your display name, handle, email address, age range, country, language, profile and banner images, videos, captions, thumbnails, comments, reports, appeals, support messages, creator or business details, guardian relationships, and account settings.

When financial features are enabled, we also process transaction instructions, gift recipients, balance and payout records, verification status, tax information, receipts, reversals, and support records. A payment, identity, or payout provider may collect additional information directly under its own privacy notice.

3. Account sign-in and security

If you create a PAYD Watch email account, we process your name, email address, password-verification records, account-confirmation status, recovery requests, sessions, and security events. Passwords are not stored in readable form. We use email confirmation before an email account can sign in and provide password recovery through a short-lived secure link.

If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive an account identifier and the information you authorize that provider to share, such as your name, verified email address, or profile image. Apple may provide a private relay address. PAYD Watch never receives your Google or Apple password. A signed-in customer can choose to link a provider; we do not combine accounts simply because their email addresses match.

4. Information from using PAYD Watch

We collect viewing history, searches, follows, likes, saves, shares, comments, playback position, recommendations and advertisements shown, upload and moderation status, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, language, cookie and session identifiers, diagnostics, security events, and interactions with the Service.

5. How we use information

• Provide accounts, profiles, playback, uploads, recommendations, creator tools, advertising tools, family controls, gifts, Wallet features, and payouts.
• Authenticate users, protect sessions, detect fraud and abuse, enforce eligibility, and safeguard supervised users.
• Process, reconcile, and document transactions and meet accounting, tax, sanctions, verification, and legal obligations.
• Personalize content and, where allowed, advertising; measure performance; repair errors; and improve accessibility.
• Review content, reports, rights claims, appeals, and possible policy violations.
• Communicate about security, accounts, transactions, support, and material policy changes.

6. Recommendations and automated systems

Automated systems help organize and recommend content, identify security risks, and detect material that may violate our rules. Important payment, account, or enforcement decisions may receive human review where required. Eligible moderation decisions include an appeal path.

7. How information is shared

We may share information with vendors that provide hosting, delivery, authentication, analytics, customer support, moderation, verification, fraud prevention, payments, payouts, tax, or communications services; with an organization or creator when needed for an authorized collaboration; with a linked guardian as necessary to operate a supervised account; at your direction; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, protect safety, or complete a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. PAYD Watch does not use supervised-account information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Advertising

Paid content is labeled. Where personalized advertising is offered, we use account, activity, approximate-location, and interest information only as permitted by applicable law and available consent or opt-out settings. 9. Children and supervised accounts

Independent accounts are available only to people who are at least 13 and old enough to consent under local law. Younger people may use a supervised experience only where PAYD Watch offers an approved guardian process. We limit collection to what is reasonably necessary, obtain guardian authorization where required, provide guardian controls, and do not expose a supervised user’s detailed viewing history through Wallet records.

10. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the Service, account status, transaction reconciliation, security, legal obligations, rights claims, and unresolved disputes. Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups. We use encrypted transport, restricted administrator access, secure sessions, audit logging, rate limits, and encryption for sensitive configuration. No system can guarantee absolute security.

11. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a denied privacy request. Use account settings or email support@payd.watch. We may verify your identity before completing a request. Disconnecting Google or Apple with that provider does not by itself delete your PAYD Watch account.

12. International use and changes

Information may be processed outside your country with safeguards required by applicable law. We may update this policy as PAYD Watch evolves. We will provide appropriate notice before material changes take effect where required.
