The rules for using PAYD Watch.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13, meet the minimum age required in your country, and be legally able to agree to these Terms. People below the independent-account age may use only an approved supervised experience with guardian authorization. Provide accurate information, protect account access, and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. Organizations are responsible for assigning authorized members and roles.

2. The Service

PAYD Watch provides video viewing, discovery, publishing, creator, advertising, safety, family, and account-management features. Wallet, gifts, and payouts are available only after the applicable provider, eligibility, verification, market, and regulatory requirements are active. Features may vary by country, account type, age, or provider availability.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading content, you grant PAYD Watch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, technically adapt, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, recommend, and promote that content through the Service. This license exists to operate and promote PAYD Watch and ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup periods, legal retention, and copies shared by others.

You represent that you have the necessary rights for every video, audio track, image, likeness, statement, commercial disclosure, and other element you submit.

4. Acceptable use

You may not exploit or endanger children; upload unlawful sexual content, nonconsensual intimate imagery, credible threats, or instructions facilitating serious harm; impersonate others; manipulate engagement; hide a material sponsorship; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; commit fraud; evade sanctions; launder funds; abuse gifts or payouts; interfere with ledger integrity; probe or disrupt the Service; bypass access controls; or use PAYD Watch for unlawful products, discriminatory advertising, or prohibited financial activity.

5. Moderation, reports, and appeals

We may reduce distribution, apply age restrictions, remove content, hold transactions, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect safety, prevent fraud, or comply with law. Where required, eligible decisions include an explanation and appeal route. Reports must be accurate and made in good faith.

6. Copyright and rights

Rights holders may send a complete copyright notice to support@payd.watch. We may request additional information, process valid counter-notices, and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Do not knowingly submit a false claim.

7. Wallet, gifts, earnings, and payouts

Wallet states such as “pending,” “available,” “initiated,” “clearing,” “paid,” and “reversed” have different meanings. Before a gift or payout is confirmed, PAYD Watch shows the amount, recipient or destination, currency, fees, and effect on available balance. A completed gift receipt identifies the recipient, amount, time, status, and transaction reference.

Earnings become withdrawable only when marked available and after all eligibility, verification, minimum, tax, and payout-provider requirements are satisfied. Processing times and exchange rates may vary. PAYD Watch is not a bank, and Wallet balances are not deposits or insured unless a regulated provider expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

8. Market PAYD and restricted utility

Market PAYD is separate from Consumer Credit, Advertiser Credit, Promotional Credit, legacy reward balances, and non-transferable participation records. Legacy participation records are not PAYD, are not part of the five-billion PAYD supply, and cannot be issued again. These balances and records are not silently relabeled and do not convert one-to-one. Market PAYD features remain preparation or test features unless PAYD Watch marks them active for your account and jurisdiction. These Terms do not activate deposits, orders, trading, withdrawals, attention settlement, publishing charges, treasury sales, or conversion.

If activated, a community price-time order book—not PAYD Watch—would discover the market price. PAYD Watch does not promise a fiat peg, guaranteed redemption, yield, price support, guaranteed liquidity, or appreciation. Only safeguarded available fiat may fund a buy and only available Market PAYD may fund a sell. Before confirmation, the order experience must show the price, quantity, applicable market fees and taxes, and total. Orders, purchased PAYD, and sale proceeds may remain reserved or held through settlement finality. Direct external PAYD withdrawal is unavailable at launch, and an unsupervised minor may not trade or withdraw.

Estimated rewards are not owned PAYD and cannot be spent, sold, gifted, or withdrawn. Estimated, backed provisional, held, and available are different states. Only available Market PAYD carries the rights shown for an enabled account. A browser timer or analytics event cannot issue PAYD; qualified attention can settle only from an existing funded campaign or approved treasury-growth reserve.

Restricted internal utility earned by an unverified viewer can pay only the governed PAYD Watch publishing fee. It cannot be transferred to another participant, sold, withdrawn, converted, or used to fund an advertiser campaign. A released publishing reservation returns each amount to its original balance class.

Risk signals may quarantine or hold affected value for review, but a low automated score alone does not seize it. Permanent holds are not permitted. Recovery requires a confirmed, appealable decision, is limited by default to attributable eligible value, excludes purchased value by default, and requires notice and an appeal route. PAYD Watch retains transaction, source-lot, fee, tax, and basis provenance needed for its records; you remain responsible for your own tax obligations. Live market fees, tax treatment, limits, and country availability remain unavailable until the applicable signed policies and external approvals exist.

9. Advertising and creator partnerships

Advertisers must provide accurate payer, business, targeting, billing, and creative information. Sponsored content must be clearly disclosed and comply with law and PAYD Watch policy. Creator content may be used in advertising only within the content, markets, dates, editing permissions, revocation terms, and revenue share authorized by the creator.

10. Third-party services

Google, Apple, payment, payout, identity-verification, hosting, and other providers may supply parts of the Service. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. PAYD Watch is responsible for its obligations and does not control an independent third party’s services.

11. Suspension and account closure

You may stop using PAYD Watch and request account deletion through Settings, subject to transaction, legal, safety, and backup retention. We may restrict or close access for material or repeated violations, fraud, legal requirements, or safety risks. Provisions that by nature survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, liability limits, and dispute provisions—remain effective.

12. Service availability and liability

PAYD Watch is provided on an “as available” basis, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived. We do not guarantee audience size, recommendation placement, earnings, advertising results, verification, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PAYD Watch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights or liability for intentional misconduct.

13. Disputes, changes, and contact

Mandatory consumer protections and the law of your place of residence apply where they cannot be waived. Other disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction over PAYD Watch, LLC and the dispute. We may update these Terms, with appropriate advance notice for material changes where required.
